Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home. Most of our clients provide us with a key or access code. Our teams are fully vetted, insured, and trustworthy. However, you are more than welcome to be home if you prefer.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything needed to make your space shine! This includes our high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products and professional-grade equipment like vacuums and mops. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, please let us know in advance.

How do you determine your rates?

Our rates are based on several factors, including the size of your space (square footage), the type of cleaning service requested, and the current condition of the area. We provide a free, no-obligation quote that is transparent and customized to your requirements.

Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

Absolutely. We are committed to protecting the environment and ensuring the safety of your family and pets. We exclusively use plant-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning solutions that are powerful against dirt but gentle on surfaces and the air you breathe.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, for your peace of mind and our protection, Moulin Peychenval is fully insured and bonded. All of our team members are covered, so you can rest assured that your property is in safe and capable hands.
